This is our new dream home in Seward! We saw it, made an offer the day after the showing, and accepted the seller's counter the next day. It is 1400sf, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, and has a new two-car garage. It is nearly-new construction since they tore it down to framing and rebuilt it with and all new interior, insulation, plumbing, electrical, siding, porches, and deck. It has a granite and stainless kitchen. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom with jacuzzi tub and the office has a little deck off the back of the house.
